Every student eagerly awaits right from their time of admission for their most remarkable event of the college “FRESHERS' DAY”. Freshman year is a lot of fun, and it’s also a great time to get to know your seniors. You have more opportunities to bond with your peers outside of class and learn more about them. Fresher’s are a terrific way to have fun and let off steam during our few weeks of college. It’s a way to get out and meet new people.

Awareness about the effective use of various financial skills, including personal financial management, budgeting, and investing. When you are financially literate, you have the foundation of a relationship with money, and it is a lifelong journey of learning in addition to that how to save and some tip to enhance the financial literacy skill was explained by the chief guest.

Book releasing ceremony was held at Mahatma Gandhi auditorium in the college premises. Books titled Contemporary India and education,Educational psychology,Language across the curriculum,Teaching and learning were released by our own president Sri K. Rajgopalan.

An interesting workshop conducted by the CMS College of Education named "Smart Memory Architecture" . I'm amazed to see a man with this much memory, and he also recognises people with their phone number in addition to their date of birth.

Republic Day is the day when India marks and celebrates the date on which  the Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950.           The constitution was adopted by the Indian Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949 and came into effect on 26 January 1950.26 January was chosen as the date for Republic Day as it was on that day in 1930 when the Declaration of Indian Independence was proclaimed by the Indian National Congress.The day was celebrated in our college with great eclat. we reached college at 7 am.The program began at 7:30. President Shri K. Rajagopalan unfurled the national flag and We saluted the 'National flag'. Followed by some student Teacher dance performances after that breakfast was served for everyone

We Students and staff of CMS COLLEGE OF EDUCATION Celebrated Pongal in January for the year 2023. The students arrived in traditional dhotis and sarees to mark the occasion. The celebration started around 9:30 a.m. The entrance is decorated with colorful Rangoli and rangoli competitions were also conducted as Samples of the Pongal festival to illustrate its appearance This was arranged by the Student teachers. It was an ambiance filled with music, and dance and the joyful faces reverberated with big smiles. Pongal was prepared by the Student teachers and staff members.

Christmas is the season of joy, holiday greetings exchanged, gift-giving, and families getting united. The Christmas celebrations took place in the college campus and various cultural programs were conducted.

Teacher's role in today's society was a program hosted by CMS college on 19th November 2022. Teachers from various institutions were invited to the program. The event started by around 11 am. The correspondents and chief Guest inaugurated the function by lightning the lamp. The chief guest, discussed about how important the role of teacher is in our society and about how a teacher should be. It was a very informative session. Being a student teachers we were benefited a lot from his talk session.

lung care: The Lung Care Awareness program was conducted by CMS COLLEGE OF EDUCATION and the program is aimed at increasing awareness about lung cancer among students.Lung cancer is often diagnosed in the late stages of the disease, largely because there are few or no symptoms in the early stages. Having an awareness of the risks and reducing them, plus early detection, can change a person’s outcome. Early detection and diagnosis of lung cancer are major factors in treatment strategy and can improve a person’s chances for a successful outcome. The awareness program was so interactive and doubts were clarified.
